  Horrible customer service! They took $2000 from us over SIXTEEN weeks ago and the owner took our money, along with several others, and blew it instead of paying for our furniture order. But of course Stephanie's mommy, Phyllis, came in to save the day and they bailed her out as usual. They refused to refund us, then said they would but we would be subject to a 25% restocking fee to restock furniture they hadn't even bought yet!! Stephanie shouldn't be running a business. Don't trust her with your money! And when the time comes, she won't ever apologize or take responsibly for herself. Spend your money somewhere else.

  I LOVE this shop! I purchased a complete set of HIGH QUALITY baby's room furniture, all of my bedding fabric, my swivel rocker recliner, & my organic crib mattress here! (I also purchased 2 ADORABLE hair bows!!!) :) The staff was very friendly and not pushy about anything. They were up front regarding their policies and shipping times for all items. They also gave me a nice detailed print out or email for quotes on all items while I considered what I wanted to purchase. Also, as a smart shopper, I compared prices on everything I purchased and was surprised to find that The Baby's Room was VERY competitive on their prices too! I expected that since they were a boutique that they would be overpriced. However, when I shopped around, I found that I was completely wrong! Then, when I decided to have my aunt make the bedding, they again spent time with my aunt and me to help us figure out what fabric to put where and how much I needed to order of each. Thanks to Stephanie, the owner, for the personal attention and assistance! Thank you for a great experience and BEAUTIFUL baby's room. I have attached pictures of the baby's room we created with the beautiful furniture and fabric we purchased from this awesome shop! I love this shop & would recommend this place to anyone! Top notch in quality, design, & service!
