  I came in to waste some time between meetings with no real shopping objective in mind. While perusing the sales rack in women's shoes, I was greeted by a friendly sales assistant. I told her I was just browsing and she offered her assistance should I need it. I continued to browse and decided to ask about a pair of Frye boots. When she came back with my size, she took notice of my personal style and had spot on recommendations of shoes I'd be interested in. Although I didn't buy the boots, I asked her name and will most definitely be buying my next pair of shoes from Alayna.

  This store is very organized downstairs but upstairs was very cramped.I was in two days ago was better. Employes are always friendly. I shop at Dillards more than any other store. I hope the Winter collection will be great I moved here from a mild winter state and will need sweaters.
