  Like Andy below I bought a pretty expensive modular leather couch from I.O. Metro a few years ago. It sat as a display piece for most of the time I owned it until a couple of years ago when I actually started to spend time in my living room. After a couple of years of daily use by two adults with no kids and no damage parts of the couch leather are peeling away from the cushions. I called the store to see what could be done and was told the 7 year warranty only applies to the frame of the couch, not the leather. I was told long ago that I.O. Metro sold quality furniture, but I found out the hard (and expensive) way that it's actually overpriced junk.
