  I purchased 4 shirts for my son at this store. He tried them all on and they fit well. After I washed and dried them (on the extra low setting), they shrunk in the arms, and torso, width and length. They were unwearable for him. I went to return them and was told by the employee that, "If they couldn't turn around and resell them, they wouldn't take them back." I have had shirts shrink after the first wash, from other retailers of children clothing, and they take them back, no questions. I have since contacted their corporate office and made a complaint, and they are rectifying the situation. I will not shop that this store again if they are only concerned about their bottom dollar and not customer satisfaction.
