  It's messy disgusting and nobody knows where anything is the yard looks like a pig pen I will not return. There's only one truck driver that knows anything and cares and he wears a cowboy hat. Good guy

  Major lack of service, I do not recommend. I went in to Ridout on my lunch break to price our carpet and hardwood flooring and compare to my quotes from Lowes and Home Depot. I walked around for 10 minutes and no one offered to help me...they were all just conversing at the front desk. NOTHING had pricing on it, so I asked an employee for help. He said that the guy that handled the flooring was gone and no one could help me, not even give me pricing. They also, no not offer swatches of flooring for comparisons. The guy took down my name, number, and items that I needed pricing on and said that someone would call me...no one ever did. They lost a $10k+ order and any possibility of me as a customer for life. I HIGHLY do not recommend.
