  This store is by far the worst customer experience I’ve had with At&T. I’ve came to this store multiple times and always find the employees acting busy without any customers. Usually sitting down killing time juicing the clock. Reasons for coming into this location was because all the other store were closed, and wanted to add a line and upgrade my phone. Initially the conversation seemed very helpful, but then as I started to ask more about the special deals, they were not as knowledgeable or helpful. Then walking out they followed us and locked the door behind us on the way out. Terrible terrible place!!
